The project involves electromagnetic design, electromechanical design, mechanical design, three-phase power inverter design and control system design.
The motor offers many advantages over conventional motors including higher torque to weight ratio, higher power to weight ratio, higher efficiency, ease of manufacture and greater reliability. |
